This is the short early-access version of our terms. The full version arrives with the public launch.
Early access
OutVault — the app and this website — is provided as-is during early access. We are still building it: features will change, sometimes break, and occasionally disappear while we work. Keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose until we call the product stable.
Your files
Everything in your vault is yours, always. We claim no rights over your vault contents, and nothing about using OutVault changes who owns what. You can export everything, at any time, in ordinary formats.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, and don't use it unlawfully. That's the whole rule: no attacking or overloading the infrastructure, no using OutVault to harm other people, nothing the law forbids.
Changes
These are early-access terms; the full version arrives at public launch. If anything material changes before then, we'll say so on this site — no silent edits.
